To help us drive our initiative and achieve our objectives, a group of passionate individuals have volunteered to become special ‘Guardians’.
I am really passionate about working for a company that creates a culture of equality and ensures opportunities for all at every level of the business. I think that having a strong equality and diversity team can in the long term make colleagues happier and healthier!
I believe that equality and diversity is more than just a policy and real change can only be achieved when a group of people come together to drive strategy and ideas. In being part of the equality and diversity team, I hope that we can create an empowering environment for everyone, that respects each colleague for their individuality and helps them envision how they can progress in the company and strive for their goals.
As a woman working in a male dominated industry, I would like to help create a women’s network at Corps that is open to all (men and women) to help us understand the challenges faced by females within the security sector and ensure we lead on instilling change, both within our business and the wider industry in general.
