Hiya! I’m Amy and I have been part of the Corps family for just over a year. As Bid Manager within the business development team I work on some exciting opportunities to grow the company’s customer portfolio and tell the Corps story.

When I heard the business was keen to develop its equality, diversity,and inclusion strategy I jumped at the chance to be involved. Corps has such a rich heritage, with services delivered by some of the best colleagues in the industry –I wanted to be a part of ensuring everyone is represented and feels valued at work for their uniqueness!

I truly believe that every Corps colleague should be celebrated for who they are and that everyone should be provided with a work environment which allows them to be themselves without fear. I am really looking forward to engaging with our workforce, getting to know people,and helping to drive the change that really matters most.

As a Guardian within the group I will focus on engaging with our workforce to understand what’s needed to improve experiences. I am really looking forward to helping to drive positive change and creating a more considerate and inclusive workplace for all.
