Hello, I’m Magda. I originally joined Corps in 2008, leaving in 2011 to take a senior role within the FM industry before returning in 2018. Today, I lead our people, compliance, and health & safety functions as HR & Compliance Director.

Throughout my career, I have been passionate about creating positive workplace cultures where people feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed. Having worked across both the security and facilities management sectors, I have seen first-hand how diverse perspectives and experiences strengthen teams, improve decision-making and help organisations perform at their best.

As part of the Corps Together team, I am committed to ensuring that equality, diversity and inclusion remain at the heart of everything we do. I believe that every colleague should feel respected, heard and able to bring their authentic self to work, regardless of their background, identity or circumstances.
