Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Guardians
To help us drive our initiative and achieve our objectives, a group of passionate individuals have volunteered to become special ‘Guardians’.
My background is events and mental health and I hope to use my experience to help shape Corps Equality, Diversity & Inclusion programme to best meet the needs of our colleagues. I am keen to promote awareness and education around neurodiversity across our business and well as inclusivity.
My role within the company will provide a much-needed connection between the Corps Together team and the human resources department, ensuring a joined up and collaborative approach in this very important area.
I am looking forward to working with my Corps Together colleagues to help improve the experiences of our workforce and create a more inclusive and collaborative environment for everyone.
