The Corps Together Guardians
Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Guardians
Hopefully, you have seen all of our recent communication about our newly launched equality, diversity, and inclusion project ‘Corps Together’, which aims to unite all Corps colleagues to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
To help us drive this initiative and achieve our objectives, a group of passionate individuals have volunteered to become special ‘Guardians’.
Equality law within the UK protects us from discrimination on the basis of a number of ‘protected characteristics’, these include age, gender, race, disability, sexuality and religious beliefs. Corps Guardians will be focusing on these particular areas, taking personal responsibility for individual characteristics and how we can work with our colleagues to make Corps a better place to work.
