Adam Roberts – Security Manager

Adam joined Corps Security in 2017 and has developed from an assistant security manager to a security manager in a relatively short period of time. Adam works closely with clients and enjoys the client-facing side of the job, where he can really put his people skills into action.

I joined Corps earlier this year as an assistant security manager. I’m currently stepping into the shoes of the previous site manager, which is a great challenge for me. My general daily tasks include rostering, meeting with clients, personnel liaison and assisting with the management of the property and security of the premises itself.

The people on site really make the job for me. The tenants are great to start with, we have lovely customers, and the staff I work with are truly excellent on top of that! In five years, I’d love to see myself in a solid security management position – with my own site, managing the whole premises.
