Stronger Together: Our 2026 ED&I Survey Results
At Corps Security, we know that our people are our greatest strength. That’s why we regularly ask colleagues to share their experiences and help shape a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and included. Based on the findings from our 2026 Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Survey, we’re proud to see a strong culture of respect and belonging across the business.
Respondents told us that they feel supported by their managers, treated with dignity and respect, and confident that bullying, harassment and discrimination are not tolerated. The survey also highlighted the incredible diversity within our workforce, including colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds, life experiences and communities.
While we’re pleased with the progress we’ve made, we’re not standing still. The feedback has identified clear opportunities to further strengthen wellbeing support, leadership engagement, neurodiversity awareness and career development, all of which have been built into our action plan for the year ahead.
By listening to our people and acting on their feedback, we’re continuing to build a workplace where everyone can belong, contribute and thrive.
