Chris Middleton
I am Chris Middleton; I joined the Corps family 6 months ago as a Director: Major Accounts & Strategic Development. I am celebrating my 20th year of leadership in our security profession.
As a leader is it incumbent on me to ensure that everyone of our colleagues, feels valued, has a safe space to speak up about the things that matter to them, and comes to work being able to bring the best versions of themselves. I have always seen my role as a servant leader and being an extension of the voices that don’t always get understand or heard.
For this reason I am delighted to join my fellow guardians, working for a such a diverse company, steeped in history demonstrating a people centric approach of doing what is right, and where everyone can play their part in the continued success of the company, through their actions and diversity of thought.
