Hi, I’m Rebecca, I joined Corps in April 2022 as a Contract Manager in London.
I am proud to work for a company where diversity, equality and inclusion are at the core of who we are, a company that listens and engages with our diverse employees, and ensures everyone is equally welcomed.
I strive each day to create a workplace that has a sense of belonging and empowerment for all my colleagues, where they can be free to be who they are.
I feel privileged to be part of the equality and diversity team, by bringing a team together from across different departments, all with different backgrounds and perspectives I feel that we can truly champion equality, diversity, and inclusion all year round both within and outside of Corps.
As a woman working in a male-dominated environment, I am very passionate about changing the face of security by eliminating bias and creating a safe and welcoming environment that attracts more females to our industry.
It is only when we can bring our true selves to work do we reach our full potential.
